In what should have been a tooth and nail rubber match going the whole 90, Canada imploded instead and gifted Brazil a couple of own-goals. The last thing Brazil ever needs is the other team scoring for them and though Canada fought back admirably, the match and the series belonged to Brazil.

CALM BEFORE THE STORM : 15 minutes after this pic was taken Canada were down 1–0 and the plan to pacify the Brazilians with prissy little pink things had failed.
RIGHT IDEA, WRONG NET: Canada scored three goals May 25. Unfortunately, only the 67 min. sidefoot from Andrea Lombardo (left) hit the Brazilan net. Jamie Peters (right) was instrumental in the deed while captain Will Johnson proved instrumental up until his shiny red card in injury time.
Brazil's Amaral intercepts the lanky Lombardo during second-half action before a packed Swangard Stadium   Simeon Jackson caused the Brazilians a headache or two. Seen here negotiating a path around Fernando   Kent O'Connor didn't exactly strike fear into the hearts of Brazilians, but he did get stuck in all three matches

WHERE THERE'S A WILL! Head Coach  Dale Mitchell (left) and Fitness Coach Randy Celebrini (right) look over the shoulders of their captain, Will Johnson. Meanwhile, Stephen Lumley (seen here flanking Brazil's Diogo) was unfortunate to score May 25, on his own net, deflecting a shot from Leyrielton at 79 min.
